Disputes About Insurance
Unfortunately it is fact that people are often not treated fairly by their insurer. Claims are often unfairly denied that relate to:
- Total and permanent disablement insurance;
- Income protection insurance; and
- Other types of insurance such as home and contents insurance.
Claims that have been wrongly denied can be challenged at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
